Senior Account Executive
Senior Account Executive (Enterprise SaaS) – United Kingdom, Focus: Western Europe (French Market)
This exciting opportunity to drive enterprise sales across Western Europe involves transforming customer experiences using AI-powered solutions. The role is based in the United Kingdom but focuses on the French market and broader Western European opportunities.
In this globally impactful customer experience and sales role, you’ll spearhead the entire sales lifecycle—from strategic prospecting and solution positioning through to contract negotiation and closing high-value deals—while building long-term relationships with senior business leaders.
Working in a collaborative, fast-paced, high-growth environment, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored, high-value solutions that drive measurable ROI. This role offers significant autonomy, working directly with enterprise decision-makers, and direct influence on scaling a market-leading SaaS platform.
Key Responsibilities

Customer Acquisition & Pipeline Management
- Identify, engage, and secure new enterprise customers across Germany, France, and other Western European markets.

Strategic Sales Execution
- Develop and implement territory-specific sales plans to build a healthy, high-performance pipeline and consistently exceed revenue targets.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, discovery, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Drive RFPs (Request for Proposal) and RFIs (Request for Information) responses.

Strategic Business Impact
- Act as a trusted advisor, aligning AI-powered CX and conversational AI solutions with business objectives through value-driven discussions with senior executives, C-level buyers, and SVP stakeholders.
- Develop data-rich business cases and ROI models for digital transformation initiatives.

Partnership & Technical Influence
- Strengthen collaboration with business development, presales, marketing, and product teams to tailor solutions and expand sales opportunities.
- Create and deliver persuasive customer presentations, product demonstrations, and industry event participation.

Operational Excellence
- Ensure accurate sales forecasting, CRM usage, and pipeline management.
Core Requirements
Must- Have:
- 8+ years of proven experience as a Senior or Enterprise Account Executive
- Prior success selling SaaS solutions to enterprise clients is mandatory.
- Preference given to those with experience in customer experience (CX), contact centre technologies, generative or conversational AI, and/or related enterprise solutions.
- Expert-level stakeholder management :
- Proven ability to engage high-level executives and multi-stakeholder procurement teams.
- High-performance consultative selling: Ability to build long-term relationships by advocating for our technologies through calculated value propositions.
- Apparent organisational discipline: Experience working in target-driven sales environments with remote flexibility expected.
- Leadership in team collaboration: Drive cross-functional alignment with marketing, technical services, and finance.
- Fluent in French and English (mother tongue preferences not required).
- Achiever mindset: Conditional preference for CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and accountable metrics.
