About the Role
As a Senior Account Executive in our EMEA region, you’ll be critical in driving revenue growth by developing and nurturing relationships with online brands and retailers. Your responsibilities include:

Prospecting & Closing Deals
- Identifying and engaging key decision-makers.
- Conducting qualifying discovery sessions, product demonstrations, and proposal presentations.
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals (senior-to-senior executive touchpoints).

Strategic Sales & Forecasting
- Taking a hunter mentality, partnering with Sales Manager and Sales Director to exceed revenue forecasts and client acquisition targets quarterly.
- Managing multi-month sales cycles, including procurement, legal, and compliance phases.
- Forecasting pipeline in Salesforce and driving actionable strategies to meet objective targets.

Client Success & Product Development Insights
- Engaging prospects to understand pain points, shaping compelling business cases, and providing actionable feedback to Marketing, Product, and Client Success teams.
- Collaborating with internal product teams to align solutions with marketplace demands.
Key Responsibilities

Revenue & Pipeline Growth
- Build a self-sourced pipeline and expand the client base to generate new revenue from leads and existing accounts.
- Lead in-person and virtual client presentations, ensuring prospects see the ROI and strategic value of our platforms.

Methodology & Quota Management
- Master Rithum’s sales methodology while maintaining 100%+ quota attainment in a competitive B2B environment.
- Generator blind spots with 40–60+ daily touchpoints (outbound prospecting), booking 10+ qualified meetings/month.
- Handle 10+ concurrent deals while balancing prospecting and strategic follow-ups.

Executive & Stakeholder Engagement
- Engage C-suite executives (CEO, CPO, CDO) to build consensus for multi-year, multi-stakeholder contracts.
- Justify pricing, ROI, and business cases to drive executive decisions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Marketing, Product, Client Success, and Solutions Engineering to streamline deal progression.
- Ensure your activities align with company revenue goals and broader strategic objectives.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
✔ 3+ years in SaaS or tech sales, with a track record in closing high-value deals ($50M–$1B+ client revenue). ✔ Proven success managing 3+ month sales cycles, including procurement, legal, and compliance challenges. ✔ Documented cost of sales (≥ $50K ACV) with preference for multi-year contract wins. ✔ 100%+ quota attainment for 4+ consecutive quarters in a high-pressure environment. ✔ Hunter mentality: Outbound prospecting (40–60+ daily touchpoints), sharp negotiation skills, and resilience under pressure. ✔ Mastery of structured sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN, Miller Heiman, Solution Selling). ✔ Experience selling to high-touch, multi-stakeholder buyers (C-level executives, senior tech/retail decision-makers). ✔ Salesforce proficiency and ability to leverage CRM + engagement tools (Outreach, HubSpot, LinkedIn Navigator). ✔ Ability to balance prospecting, deal progression, and consolidation across 10+ active opportunities.
Preferred (But Not Mandatory)
🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. 🔹 Experience in commerce, retail, marketplace, or digital ecosystems. 🔹 Pitching AI/data-driven solutions to decision-makers. 🔹 Navigating multi-division/bуюing environments.
Travel Requirements
- Up to 50% of time may involve client-facing travel and on-site presentations in the EMEA region.
