Account Executive (New Business) — London or Amsterdam

Our Client

An AI-native, all-in-one sales and sourcing platform, built for the people who actually understand recruitment agencies — because that's who built it. Spun out as an independent, self-funded SaaS company in 2026 after seven years developed in-house inside a major European recruitment group, following a headline sale of that group's consulting arm. Today it's a ~40-person team that's pivoted to serve agencies exclusively and is growing fast — targeting a 5x+ increase in ARR this year, with no VC money involved, so the outcomes stay in the hands of the people building it.

What You'll Get

  • £65-80k base, with uncapped OTE set at double your base — so realistically £130-160k+ once you're performing.
  • Tiered commission rises to 40% at the top tier, plus an extra bonus for business you bring in through your own network, because your relationships should count for something.
  • Freelance or employed, whichever suits you and your life right now.
  • You'll be based within commuting distance of London or Amsterdam, with a proper, structured onboarding (induction week is in person at their European HQ, so you actually meet the people you'll be working with).
  • Ongoing access to a full training and demo library.
  • Real, regular time with the founders — not just a name on an org chart.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What You'll Need

  • 4+ years working as an agency recruiter, ideally recent or current — this is the heart of what we're looking for, not a box-ticking exercise, so if this is you, we want to hear from you even if the rest doesn't match perfectly.
  • SaaS or software sales experience on top is a lovely bonus, especially if you've sold into the recruitment/staffing world before.
  • A real network and some credibility in your city's recruitment scene will go a long way too, along with a genuine appetite to help shape something new rather than just follow someone else's playbook.
