Senior Account Executive

Sales Account Manager (Research & Data Products) – Apollo London

About the Role

Green Street’s Sales team offers a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where you will be expected and empowered to sell research & data products and services to a variety of prospect types. We are building a smart and ambitious Sales Team committed to our mission and focused on winning.

We are in search of a motivated seller who can drive volume and manage a tight process to deliver high-velocity sales. We provide:

Job Responsibilities

Your key focus will be on driving revenue growth for Green Street. Core responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute a detailed sales plan for your territory to achieve or exceed sales quota
  • Generate new revenue by selling Green Street’s industry-leading products (research, data & analytics, news, and advisory)
  • Prioritise outbound prospecting to generate pipeline by engaging prospects daily via proactive outreach
  • Navigate organisations to connect with decision-makers at C-level and build champions for our solution
  • Uncover business goals and pain points with prospects and map them to Green Street Solutions
  • As a trusted advisor, articulate how our products address needs, improve business outcomes, and close gaps in competing solutions
  • Understand the value, pricing, and competitive landscape to sell Green Street’s offerings compellingly
  • Manage the sales pipeline and monthly sales forecast, tracking activities in Green Street’s CRM
  • Work with an entrepreneurial mindset, demonstrating drive, initiative, energy, and urgency to acquire new customers
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across functions and business units for cross-pollination of ideas and best practices

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates will meet the following criteria:

  • 3+ years of successful full-cycle sales experience (preferably in SaaS, financial services, information services, commercial real estate, or technology-based industries). B2B and subscription-based environments highly advantageous.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas while closing new business
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Strong grasp of commercial real estate fundamentals (helpful, but not mandatory)—deep understanding of financial principles, client needs, and industry dynamics will strengthen your application
  • Hybrid work model—3 on-site days per week at London office
