Senior Account Executive
About Faire
Faire is a technology wholesale platform built on the belief that the future is local. Independent retailers around the globe collectively represent a multi-hundred-billion-dollar wholesale market that has historically been fragmented and offline. At Faire, we're using the power of tech, data, and machine learning to connect this thriving community of entrepreneurs globally. We help retailers discover the best products from around the world to sell in their stores. By providing the right tools and insights, we believe we can level the playing field so businesses can grow and local communities can thrive.
We’re looking for smart, resourceful, and passionate people to join us as we power the Shop Local movement. If you believe in community, come join ours.
About This Role
Faire's quality, depth, and breadth of brands is its strongest value to retailers. Our Brand Partnerships team is at the forefront of Faire's success, ensuring the best and most relevant brands join and thrive on our platform.
This is not a role for someone looking to learn the ropes. This is for someone who has already mastered them. As a Senior Account Executive (L3), you will be a trusted advisor to Upmarket brands across the UK, helping them unlock wholesale growth on Faire and driving incremental GMV at scale.
This hybrid role is a blend of strategic thinking and high-velocity sales execution. You will own a complex, high-value portfolio of brands across your geos, proactively identifying and activating the best-fit brands for Faire. You need a strong commercial mindset, comfortable engaging from C-level to operational stakeholders, and the ability to use AI, data, and sharp instincts to outperform.
We are looking for a stellar performer: someone who has finished top 3 in their organization, qualified for President’s Club or All-Stars, and is hungry to do it again—this time in a market that is genuinely early and genuinely exciting.
What You'll Be Excited By
- You have topped the leaderboard before and want to do it in a market that isn’t fully built yet—where your territory becomes the foundation others inherit
- You thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and see AI as an absolute force multiplier, not just a buzzword
- You love selling mission-driven products—you believe in leveling the playing field for independent retailers against e-commerce and big-box giants
- You want to work alongside a tight-knit team of high performers who share wins loudly, collaborate on losses, and hold themselves to a high standard most sales teams never reach
- You are intellectually curious—you dig until you truly understand a problem before taking action, bringing rigor to every deal
Key Responsibilities
Identify and Win the Right Opportunities
- Manage a high-value book of UK Upmarket brands, focusing on maximizing the incremental GMV new brands bring to Faire
- Set your own sub-targets, hold yourself accountable, and strategically adjust plans when underperformance occurs
- Build a high-quality pipeline using business data, category insights, AI-powered tooling, and market knowledge
- Support new brands through their first quarter on Faire—ensuring they understand the platform and are successfully set up for growth

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
