A growing medical education organisation is looking to appoint an Account Executive or Senior Account Executive to join its programme delivery team.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates currently working within a medical education or healthcare communications agency who are looking to broaden their experience and play a key role in delivering high-quality medical education programmes for pharmaceutical clients.
Working alongside an experienced team, you'll support the delivery of both live and on-demand medical education programmes, gaining exposure to programme management, faculty engagement, and stakeholder communications within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
The Opportunity
You'll support the delivery of multiple medical education programmes, helping to coordinate timelines, manage faculty communications, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest standard.

- Working closely with programme managers and cross-functional teams
- Involved in webinars, virtual meetings, and on-demand educational programmes
- Coordinating materials, maintaining project documentation
- Supporting the successful delivery of client programmes

What They're Looking For
- Previous experience within a medical education agency or healthcare communications agency
- Current experience as an Account Executive, Senior Account Executive, or in a similar client services role
- Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable using digital platforms and project management tools
- A proactive, organised, and solutions-focused approach
- A degree in a life science or related scientific discipline would be advantageous
