The Role

We're looking for a Senior Account Executive to help grow Alison across Europe by bringing new brands and agencies into our customer base.

This is a highly commercial, quota-carrying role for someone who knows how to open doors, build trusted relationships, and close complex B2B deals. You'll own your pipeline from prospecting through to signature, working closely with the CBO and the wider commercial team to expand Alison's footprint across the market.

If you're naturally curious, commercially driven, and excited by AI, media and creative technology, we'd love to meet you.

What you'll do

  • Build and manage a pipeline of brand and agency opportunities across Europe
  • Generate new business through your existing network, outbound prospecting, and industry relationships
  • Lead discovery conversations, understand customer needs, and position Alison's value proposition
  • Own the full sales cycle from first meeting through negotiation and close
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Collaborate with leadership, product and customer teams to deliver a best-in-class customer experience
  • Represent Alison at industry events, conferences and client meetings
  • Stay on top of developments in media, creative and AI to create meaningful conversations with prospects

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About Alison.ai

Creative is the single biggest lever in digital media. It determines which audiences you reach, how algorithms respond, how you win the auction, and ultimately how your campaigns perform. Yet most of the industry still treats creative as a black box, disconnected from media decisions and measured too late.

Alison.ai is the industry's leading Creative Analytics platform, connecting every creative decision directly to media performance and auction outcomes. We partner with global brands, agency groups, and platform partners across EMEA, APAC, and North America to help them make smarter creative decisions through AI and data.
