Location: London

The ideal candidate will be based in London and should be willing and able to travel across Europe for additional client engagements as needed.

About the Role:

The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for driving new business, retaining and growing existing accounts, and delivering exceptional customer service to clients. The ideal candidate will excel at building relationships, presenting Pacvue’s value proposition to a variety of audiences, and executing Pacvue’s established sales process to consistently achieve revenue goals.


Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the highest level of sales and customer service to our clients.
  • Prospect, penetrate, and create new relationships with clients.
  • Execute against an assigned territory plan using Pacvue’s established sales methodology, including identification of accounts, correct contacts, continued nurturing, demo delivery, and closing.
  • Understand Pacvue’s tool suite, value proposition, and be able to present demos to key stakeholders, escalating complex executive-level engagements as appropriate.
  • Utilize Sales CRM tools to track all pertinent account information and sales progress as well as maintain accurate pipeline reporting in alignment with manager guidance to support forecasting accuracy.
  • Understand and learn about the e-commerce industry and competitive environment including knowledge of competitive product offerings.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of B2B and/or SaaS sales experience
  • Experience with sales CRM and prospecting tools such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Outreach.io or like programs
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets
  • Experience with paid search, eCommerce preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
  • Experience selling digital or online media
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, as well as written and verbal communication
  • Experience selling into holding agencies or enterprise brands preferred
