Senior Account Executive EMEA
About Orchestry
At Orchestry, we help organizations simplify, govern, and automate their Microsoft 365 environment. Our platform delivers the most complete governance, lifecycle, and workspace automation experience for Microsoft 365, empowering IT and business users to work confidently, securely, and efficiently.
We're a fast-growing SaaS company headquartered in Vancouver, BC, with a globally distributed team passionate about enabling smarter collaboration at scale. We are proud members of the exclusive Microsoft for Startups Pegasus Program.
As AI reshapes how organizations work, governance and readiness aren't optional -they're mission-critical. Orchestry sits at the center of that shift, giving IT teams the control and confidence to govern their Microsoft 365 environment as AI adoption accelerates. If you want to be in the space that matters right now, this is it.
About The Role
We're not looking for someone to show up and coast. We want a hunter: someone who thrives in the chase, loves the close, and gets fired up by building something real.
This is your shot to join a record-breaking revenue team at a category-defining SaaS company inside the Microsoft ecosystem. We've got the product-market fit, the inbound engine, the pipe-gen resources, and the brand momentum. What we need is someone with the grit, hustle, and skill to turn that fuel into revenue.
You'll own the full sales cycle, from the first conversation to the signed contract, targeting mid-market organizations across EMEA, typically 500–10,000 employees, across a wide range of verticals.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
