Senior Account Executive β New Business (Industrial, Engineering & Defence) π London, UK | Hybrid
About Ultimo Ultimo is a leading provider of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software used by asset-intensive organisations to manage, maintain, and optimise critical physical assets. About the role We're hiring a Senior Account Executive to drive new logo acquisition across a strategically important territory covering: Industrial Manufacturing | Engineering | Defence | Infrastructure
This is a true enterprise hunting role focused on opening new accounts, building pipeline, and leading complex sales cycles from first engagement through to close.
You'll engage senior operational, engineering, technical, and executive stakeholders within some of the UK's most sophisticated industrial organisations.

What you'll do Own new business acquisition across Industrial, Engineering, Defence, and Infrastructure accounts Build and execute strategic account plans Create pipeline through targeted outbound activity and market engagement Lead complex enterprise sales cycles end-to-end Engage operational, engineering, technical, commercial, and executive stakeholders Run consultative, value-led sales conversations Collaborate closely with BDRs, Pre-Sales, Product, and Customer teams

What we're looking for This role will suit someone who can demonstrate: Proven success in enterprise SaaS new business sales Strong prospecting and pipeline creation capability Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments Confidence engaging technical and executive stakeholders Strong discovery, qualification, and value-based selling skills Commercial resilience, ownership, and drive
Experience selling into industrial, engineering, manufacturing, defence, infrastructure, or energy sectors is highly desirable.
