Hybrid working model (3 days+ in office per week)

We've built the essential tool for advisors, dealmakers and bankers who work with the UK's private companies. We're looking for an experienced AE to join the team selling into this market and closing meaningful deals with the firms that rely on us most. About Beauhurst We're building the leading provider of private company data and analysis in Europe. Private companies represent 80% of private sector employment and over 90% of revenues across Europe. They are the engine of innovation and the source of most of the jobs and tax receipts in the economy. Yet for anyone trying to find, track or understand them, the data is a mess – outdated, inconsistent, scattered across thousands of sources, and impossible to verify by hand at any meaningful scale. We've spent 15 years fixing this. We use custom-built data extraction tools and pipelines, proprietary AI, and a team of 60+ in-house analysts to identify, extract and verify data from thousands of sources – covering 20 million companies, 24 million people, 232,000 transactions, and 1,000+ new news articles a day. Our platform, API, and consultancy services are trusted by our clients to enable them to make better decisions, drive revenue, reduce risk, and save time. Founded in 2010, we work with over 500 UK organisations across venture capital, major financial institutions, corporates, leading universities, and the Government. We're not stopping here. We launched in Germany last year as our first step in international expansion, and are now scaling across Europe – Ireland next, then more. The Role Professional services is one of our most important markets, and we have a strong, established team selling into it. You'll be selling to law firms, accountancies, banks, corporate finance houses and wealth managers – running consultative, strategic conversations with senior decision-makers and showing them how our services solve real commercial problems. You'll have a proven MEDDIC-led methodology and a fully developed tech stack to support you. Most of your pipeline will come from your own outbound, and you'll be closing £50k+ p/a deals. Your day-to-day will include: Targeted outbound: Crafting and executing personalised cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to senior decision-makers across financial and professional services Strategic, consultative sales: Understanding complex business challenges and showing how our services solve them Managing the sales pipeline: Planning and delivering a successful pipeline from start to finish, closing £50k+ p/a deals Running demos: Managing online demos with potential clients, highly tailored to each firm's use cases Contributing to team strategy: Working closely with senior team members on pricing, targeting and positioning About you 3+ years at a law firm, accountancy, bank, corporate finance house or wealth management firm (as a fee earner or in business services / BD); OR 5+ years selling into these firms in a SaaS, data or advisory capacity Consistent track record closing £50k+ p/a deals in complex, consultative sales environments Demonstrable history of building your own outbound pipeline as a significant contributor to your closed revenue Experience with proactive business development, networking and consultative selling The traits that matter most: Intelligent – We sell a complex product to lots of types of organisations; you learn fast and are keen to understand how our products can solve many different challenges for them Detail-oriented and prepared – You do the hard yards before every conversation, making sure you thoroughly understand the organisation and people you're selling to, and you're comfortable getting into the technical detail to sell credibly to senior buyers A natural relationship-builder – Emotionally intelligent, a great listener, and someone who looks to add value in every interaction before making an ask Coachable and resilient – You actively seek out feedback, bounce back fast from setbacks, and you're a lifelong learner of sales Our offer We're offering a competitive starting salary including periodic bonus targets & uncapped commission. We also invest a lot in keeping our people happy and healthy. So as well as that, you'll also get: 💰 A stake in the company: This is huge - everything you do will create value in the company that you will partly own 🩺 Healthcare: Our health cash plan will cover all of your day-to-day health and wellness needs 💝 Free therapy: Sessions with any of our hand-picked counsellors, all on us 🎓 Professional development: You drive your own development - if you want to do some training, bring it to us and we’ll foot the bill 🎉 Events: Company-wide parties and away days, drinks every Friday, regular team socials - what can we say, we enjoy each other’s company 🚅 Subsidised travel: Season ticket loans, free railcards, and a cycle to work scheme 🍪 Clubs: Whether you enjoy reading, padel, bouldering or biscuits there will be a subsidised club for you If you want to read more about our benefits, our company culture, or our hybrid working policy, just check out these pages. Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
