Senior Account Executive – Cross-Border Payments & Clearing Infrastructure (EMEA)
Our client is a fast-growing payments infrastructure business rebuilding clearing and transaction banking for regulated financial institutions. They act as a clearing partner for banks, PSPs, EMIs, and digital asset firms, unifying global and local licences, direct central bank clearing, and domestic rails into a single platform.
This is a rare opportunity to own a vertical from the ground up as a founding-style Enterprise AE, with full agency over how the business sells into your market across EMEA.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The Role
- Own the full sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise clients across cross-border payments and clearing
- Self-source your own pipeline; there's no SDR support, so you'll need to prospect directly
- Sell to sophisticated, regulated buyers: banks, PSPs, EMIs, institutional crypto/digital asset firms, OTAs, marketplaces, and payroll platforms
- Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles (5+ stakeholders typical) via a single internal champion
- Close £100k+ ARR deals and own the handover into implementation and customer success
- Geographic scope is EMEA-wide, not confined to a single market
