The Role: Senior Account Executive
As a key driver of this continued expansion, you will bridge the gap between financial business needs and cutting-edge digital solutions.
- Strategic Business Development: Identify client needs and position elite expert teams within top-tier CIBs and Fintechs.
- End-to-End Ownership: From talent scouting and recruitment to managing consultant assignments and maintaining senior-level client relationships.

The Package
- Competitive Base: Up to £115k base salary + OTE
- High-Reward Commission: 5% of the operational margin, offering significant OTE potential.
