Job Title: Senior Account Executive

Location: UK based

Salary: Up to £100k base + 50% OTE

Role:

  • New business sales role focused on mid-market organisations with selected enterprise accounts across the UK & Ireland
  • Sell the full portfolio of financial performance management solutions to CFOs, Finance Directors, and senior finance stakeholders
  • Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through to negotiation and close
  • Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to drive consistent new logo acquisition
  • Work closely with pre-sales, marketing, and customer success to deliver successful customer outcomes
  • Build long-term relationships with finance leaders and become a trusted advisor throughout the buying journey

About you:

  • 4+ years' experience selling FP&A, CPM, EPM, or similar financial software solutions
  • Proven experience selling into the Office of the CFO, including CFOs, Finance Directors, and Heads of FP&A
  • A true new business hunter with a track record of consistently exceeding quota
  • Comfortable managing complex, consultative sales cycles across mid-market and enterprise organisations
  • Stable career history demonstrating progression and strong sales performance
  • Excellent commercial acumen with outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
