WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO Proactively source and convert new SME and cross-border trading clients through cold calling and multi-channel outbound prospecting Build and manage a strong end-to-end sales pipeline, from lead generation and qualification through to closing new business Use a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and position WorldFirst’s global payments and FX solutions effectively Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding while driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities for account growth

WHAT WE'D LOVE YOU TO BRING Demonstrable commercial experience, particularly in outbound sales and prospecting Naturally curious and proactive learner with a strong interest in sales, commercial growth, and developing expertise in outbound new business generation E-commerce or Payments knowledge Highly motivated and target-driven, with a clear focus on exceeding performance goals and building a successful outbound sales track record Collaborative team player who values knowledge-sharing, supports peers, and contributes positively to a high-performance sales culture
