FlyForm is a ServiceNow Elite Partner and 2025 Worldwide Transformation Partner of the Year for Nonprofits. We're looking for a Senior Account Executive to own new business growth - someone who can generate their own pipeline, navigate complex deals, and close without needing the infrastructure of a large SI behind them.
The Role
This is a senior new business role, to own and drive full-cycle sales across our Professional Services and Managed Services portfolio within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
This is not a farming role. You will be expected to generate your own pipeline, navigate complex multi-stakeholder pursuits, and close - without SDR support. You'll sell at deal sizes from £150k to £1m+, into commercially and operationally sophisticated buyers at Director and C-Suite level.
You'll work closely with the CEO, COO, and Pre-Sales, with genuine autonomy and the opportunity to shape how FlyForm goes to market.
What You'll Do
- Generate and close new logo opportunities end-to-end - from prospecting through to signed contract
- Build and manage a self-sourced pipeline across target sectors including Public Sector (with emphasis on Education, Defence, Central Government, and Local Government), Tech/MSPs and the Nonprofit Sector
- Lead multi-stakeholder sales pursuits, managing commercial, technical, and executive relationships simultaneously
- Develop and execute structured territory and account plans
- Position FlyForm's Professional Services and Managed Services propositions with credibility and commercial precision
- Partner with ServiceNow's own sales teams to develop co-sell opportunities and referral pipeline
- Collaborate with pre-sales on solution design and proposal development

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
