SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE – NEW LOGO

Team: Sales – Location: UK

Pacera unifies financial close, consolidation and FP&A. With AARO, Aico and Mercur, finance teams combine trusted data with AI-driven insights to enable robust, scalable and intelligent processes for the Office of the CFO.

About The Role

We are hiring a Senior Account Executive to identify new customer opportunities and grow the business. We are looking for a true new business hunter who can build pipelines from the ground up and consistently convert opportunities into signed customers.

The ideal profile is someone who thrives in competitive environments and naturally builds strong relationships with senior finance stakeholders.

What You Will Do

  • Identifying and developing new customer opportunities
  • Building relationships with finance leaders
  • Leading the full sales process from discovery through to contract
  • Developing business cases and guiding finance teams through transformation initiatives
  • Expanding the Pacera footprint in the market

What we’re looking for

  • Strong Finance SaaS/FP&A experience
  • Strong pipeline builder who does not wait for leads but actively creates opportunities
  • Excellent at building social equity with CFO organisations and finance leaders
  • High energy, proactive and naturally curious about customer challenges
  • Solutions-driven mindset, always focused on moving deals forward
  • Comfortable operating in complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Competitive personality with strong internal drive to win new business
  • Resilient and persistent when navigating sales cycles or procurement processes
  • Commercially sharp and capable of building compelling business cases
  • Strong communicator who builds credibility quickly with senior stakeholders
  • Collaborative mindset, able to work closely with BDRs, marketing and product teams to drive momentum
  • Candidates should ideally come from organisations selling finance, performance management, consolidation or related finance technology solutions
