Senior Account Executive – Medical Communications

Location: London / Manchester / Hybrid

The Opportunity
We're looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our team, supporting an exciting global Women's Health account.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of medical education programs, collaborating with global clients and experienced diverse teams to deliver high-quality scientific communications. You'll be part of a busy, supportive account where you'll develop your client and project management, while contributing to programmes that make an impact.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate multiple projects from initiation through to delivery.
- Support a variety of deliverables, including steering committee meetings, expert panels, slide presentations, scientific workshops, educational and training materials, digital education programmes, webinars and videos.
- Build relationships with clients, being a reliable and responsive point of contact.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, trackers and meeting schedules to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Work with scientific, editorial, creative and digital colleagues to deliver high-quality programmes.
- Support project financial management, including budget tracking, invoicing and forecasting.
- Proactively identify risks and helping implement practical solutions.
- Contribute ideas that enhance project delivery, team collaboration and client satisfaction.

What We're Looking For
You'll be an organised client services professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and delivering exceptional client experiences.
You'll have:
- Previous experience within a medical communications agency.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience supporting project budgets, invoicing and financial tracking.
- Confidence working with a variety of teams in a busy environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
