Senior Account Executive – Retail & Recreation Large Customer Sales (LCS)

Amazon Ads drives measurable outcomes for brand advertisers and agencies, offering innovative ad solutions—including video, display, device ads, audio and custom ads—with a focus on finding, attracting, and engaging target audiences through flexible pricing and buying models. The team prioritises the customer at every stage, from strategy to execution.

As a Senior Account Executive in the Retail & Recreation Large Customer Sales (LCS) team, you’ll leverage your expertise in TV/video and digital advertising to grow and scale advertising revenues for C-Level executives and their ad agencies. You’ll act as a key strategic partner—nurturing deep client relationships, understanding their goals, and delivering Prime Video, Live Sports, Device Ads, Twitch, Audio, and Programmatic Video solutions to meet those objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate revenue by selling ad solutions to advertisers, both directly and through agencies, focusing on streaming TV (e.g. Prime Video) and brand-building formats
  • Identify hunting for growth opportunities and align them with tailored solutions
  • Influence purchasing decisions to increase revenue from both existing and new advertisers
  • Build credible relationships with agencies, digital leaders, and TV advertisers
  • Map account strategies, streamlining resources and mapping our advertising products (digital, audio, video, and devices) to client needs

The Team

Amazon’s Retail & Recreation LCS team collaborates with the UK’s biggest advertisers across non-endemic categories—Retail, Travel, Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), and Gaming.


Qualifications

Basic Requirements

  • Proven experience selling programmatic or data-driven ad products/platforms

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Hands-on experience in apps and mobile gaming
  • Mobility measurement, familiarity with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs)
  • Strong understanding of in-app advertising and its operational complexities
  • Comfortable selling both performance-driven and brand-building solutions
