Account Executive – Customer Experience SaaS (Net New Logo)
About the Role
We’re searching for a high-performing, quota-crushing Account Executive to drive net new logo client sales. As a high-growth Customer Experience SaaS platform, we pride ourselves on having a raving-fan customer base.
This is a true sales hunter role, perfect for someone who thrives on pipeline-building, complex sales cycles, and winning strategic deals. You’ll oversee the full sales lifecycle—from outbound prospecting to negotiating and closing net new client contracts—leveraging a metrics-driven, MEDDIC framework approach.
What You’ll Do
- Own the Full Sales Cycle:
- Outbound Prospecting → Discovery → Demo → Value Prop Building → Negotiation → Closing
- Generate a High-Quality, Diversified Pipeline Through win-building outbound efforts and creative prospecting
- Lead High-Quality Discovery that uncovers pain points, quantifies impact, and aligns with business outcomes
- Apply MEDDIC Rigorously to qualify and advance sales opportunities
- Build Tailored Value Propositions tied to measurable ROI and customer outcomes
- Deliver Impactful Product Demonstrations linking capabilities to real customer challenges
- Navigate Complex Buying Committees and engage with multi-threaded stakeholders
- Accurately Forecast Pipeline & Revenue with strong deal hygiene
- Negotiate & Close Contracts while protecting pricing integrity
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally with marketing, product, and customer success to drive deal success

Required Experience
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS Sales, ideally in Customer Experience, CX, or adjacent fields
- Proven quota-beating record in net new logo hunter roles
- Deep MEDDIC (or MEDDPICC) mastery with live deal application skills
- Mid-Market & Enterprise selling experience
- Elite outbound prospecting (cold calls, email, social selling)
- Structured discovery process proficiency
- ROC (return on conversation) skills, storytelling, and value-based selling
- Managed 2–3 month & 6–9 month complex B2B sales cycles
