Full time position

Hybrid working, 2 days in the London office

Salary up to £85k base, double OTE

About the Job

Our client, a fast-growing and disruptive Learning & Skills platform, is looking for a Senior Account Executive to join their dynamic team and be part of their next stage of growth.

The company's mission is to make meaningful learning a part of the everyday and their exciting, user-friendly, and innovative product is already making a huge difference within the teams of world-class companies and brands across sectors from retail to transport, FMCG to government.

We are looking for an experienced and driven, Senior Account Executive to join the team. With Series A investment secured and fast growth taking place within the business and team, it is a super exciting time to join.

We are looking for someone excited by change, who embraces the unknown, and loves to solve challenging L&D business problems customers face.

What the Role Involves Day-to-Day

  • Net-new business will be an integral part of the role and you will be able to establish a scalable, predictable approach to generating net-new business across the Mid-Market/Enterprise territories. You’ll be expected to generate around 30% of your business.
  • You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end sales cycle, showing an appreciation and confidence in selling complex SaaS solutions, from prospecting to demonstrations, and contracting.
  • You’ll work closely with the marketing team to build your strategy, demonstrating how you will create a healthy, sustainable, and consistent pipeline.
  • You’ll collaborate with marketing on campaigns, nurturing strategies, and resources that inspire prospects to want to learn more.
  • You’ll be a great networker, looking for opportunities, and be able to build influence on social networks, forums, and at events.

What We Are Looking For

  • You’ve sold and closed deals into Mid-Market and importantly Enterprise level accounts before, with proven success at managing, selling & closing at leadership/executive level.
  • You have experience selling complex SaaS solutions to L&D and/or HR leaders.
  • You’ve consistently delivered against a sizeable quota of approx £500k p/a.
  • You understand how to ‘multithread’ deals, prospecting & managing complex/diverse sets of stakeholders simultaneously.
  • You are passionate and well informed around the application of AI across Learning & HR technology and keen to embrace innovation.
  • You’re able to confidently demonstrate a scalable sales methodology.
  • You love data and its ability to help you to prioritise, plan, and learn.
  • You're organised, proficient in using a CRM (HubSpot), methodical, and have a knack for creating compelling business cases for customers.
  • You have a growth mindset, love learning, and constantly seek feedback.

  • The base salary band for this role is £70,000-£85,000 per annum, alongside double OTE with a very competitive comp plan.
  • Hybrid working (2x a week in our London office, Tuesday/Wednesday, and Thursdays) and flexible working hours.
  • Work from anywhere, for up to two weeks per quarter.
  • Wind-down Fridays. No meetings from 2pm onwards on Fridays, for you to wind down for the weekend or catch up on some personal learning & development.
