Senior Account Executive - UK

Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Account Executive to drive strategic account development and foster long-term relationships with enterprise-level clients in the Courier, Express, and Parcel (CEP) industry.
Based remotely in the UK, this role requires frequent travel to client sites across the country, as well as occasional visits to offices in other European locations.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and grow a portfolio of large enterprise clients, identifying opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell to drive revenue growth;
- Establish and maintain strong, trusted relationships, acting as a strategic advisor to key accounts;
- Ensure sustainable account growth with a focus on long-term partnerships;
- Work closely with internal teams, including customer success, marketing, and product development, to develop compelling solution offerings;
- Lead contract discussions, ensuring optimal outcomes for both the company and clients;
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts;
- Stay ahead of industry trends, leveraging insights to deliver value-driven solutions to clients;
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to strengthen relationships and drive brand awareness.

What You’ll Bring To The Table
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree, Masters degree preferred;
- Minimum 5 years’ experience managing large enterprise accounts with 7-figure ARR, ideally in the CEP, Postal, or Transport & Logistics industries;
- Proven ability to develop meaningful client relationships and be recognized as a trusted advisor;
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to work entrepreneurially;
- Fluent in English. Any additional languages are a plus;
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently across the UK and occasionally within Europe.
