Senior Account Executive - Workforce Managemenet / HR tech Software and hardware solution Base salary up to £60k - £100k OTE Wide open opportunity with a growing, very well funded business
This HR Tech business has a huge worldwide opportunity. Extremely well backed financially, they are ambitious in their growth plans and investing in the team to reflect their growth plans. With a tight knit and supportive team in place, they are looking for additional weight in their sales team to take their innovative, combined hardware and software model to customers in the UK and Europe
. About the J obThis is 360 sales role, some leads naturally come from marketing and brand prowess, but essentially you'll be responsible for your finding and nurturing your own prospects, conducting product demos, both online and face to face, and then of course ultimately closing the deal

s. You'll be encouraged to foster as rich a sales process as possible. Working mainly from home you'll be encouraged to build meaningful relationships with your prospects by meeting them face to face - something that we find is rare these da
ys. Deal sizes can vary, but essentially you'll target mid market sized accounts, companies with between 250 - 500 employees, ideally in a warehousing, hospitality, manufacturing, retail or education markets, although the applications for the tech is endl
