Senior Account Executive/Account Manager – Medical Communications Medical Affairs We are hiring an Senior Account Executive/Account Manager to join our Medical Communications team. This role supports a global growth account within an interesting and evolving therapy area, delivering work across medical affairs. This position is well suited to someone with medical affairs experience who enjoys managing projects, working with clients, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. What you’ll do In this role, you will: Manage medical communications projects across medical affairs deliverables Coordinate timelines, resources, and workflows to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard Act as a client-facing contact, supporting day-to-day communication and building strong working relationships Track budgets, forecasts, and project finances, with support from senior team members Work closely with writers, editors, and account team colleagues Identify risks or issues early and propose practical solutions Contribute ideas and improvements to ways of working What we’re looking for Required experience and skills: Experience working in medical communication Strong project management and organisational skills Experience supporting financial tracking or budget management Confidence communicating with clients and internal teams Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and use initiative Nice to have: Experience working on global or regional accounts Experience across a range of medical affairs deliverables How you work You enjoy working as part of a collaborative team You are comfortable taking ownership of your work You communicate clearly and professionally You are organised, reliable, and proactive Why join us?
