WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

At Converse, those independent enough not to follow help move the world forward. Converse is a place to explore potential, break barriers, and push the edges. Inspired by what came before and driven by what’s next, Converse is where each person can help write the next chapter of a 100+ year story. The culture thrives by embracing diversity, rewarding imagination, and encouraging people to bring their authentic selves to a challenging, constantly evolving world.

The Senior Professional, Account Management role is designed for an individual with experience in account management, a passion for fashion retail across digital and physical formats, and a strong interest in culture-driven consumer environments. This role supports the Converse partnerships with JD and Size?, two important retail partners within the EMEA marketplace. Together, these accounts combine scale, cultural relevance, and strong consumer reach. The role contributes to strengthening key account relationships, enabling cross-functional collaboration, and unlocking the full potential of the Converse brand while supporting operational excellence and long-term growth.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

You will support the day-to-day management of the JD and Size? accounts, representing complementary retail partners within Converse’s EMEA marketplace, as they continue to grow in alignment with the integrated marketplace strategy.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
