Company Description
Reaching target audiences with authenticity and relevance is a growing marketing challenge. Brands spend in sport and entertainment to break through the clutter by aligning with consumer passions. But the space is a puzzle: Sponsorships, Venues, Media, Leagues, Teams, Broadcast, Events, Social, Talent.
Stakeholders need a trusted partner that can provide holistic expertise and a viewpoint across this spectrum; can ensure smart and efficient investment; and can execute best-in-class strategies, ideas, and activations that deliver on brand objectives.
We are a specialist division within Publicis Groupe trusted by brands and rights holders to lead them in this sector through the strength of our insight and the agility of our ideas.
Our work for brands includes the identification of partnerships, negotiation of value exchanges, activation of rights (including asset creation), and effectiveness assessment. Examples include negotiating and project managing Gillette’s football partnerships. Haleon, Nestle, Kraft-Heinz, Samsung, Verizon, Accor, and many more, span the sector at local and global levels.
Our work for rights holders focusses on providing media and consumer research as well as counsel for commercial positioning and packaging. Examples include media audience analysis for all UEFA’s national and club partnerships. For the IOC, we provide consumer research that tracks everything from the perception of the Olympic Games to the athletes’ feedback on the Olympic Village.
Publicis Sport & Entertainment is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all sections of society and does not discriminate on grounds of race, religion or belief, ethnic or national origin, disability, age citizenship, marital, domestic or civil partnership status, sexual orientation, or gender identity. We are committed to providing reasonable adjustments for employees with disabilities and for candidates in our application process.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
