The Team
Our digital team are an integrated, insights-led team that combine sophisticated audience intelligence with cutting-edge AI capabilities to help clients influence and engage key stakeholders across global digital channels. Drawing on contextual trends and audience data, they develop targeted campaigns that land messages with precision and drive measurable behaviour change. Our strategists work across web, social media, and digital platforms to ensure our clients' communications reach the right audiences, at the right time, with maximum impact.
The Role
We're seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our dynamic digital team, delivering integrated digital and communications strategies that help our clients to communicate with everyone from political and business audiences to their consumers.

Key Responsibilities
- Devise and deliver proactive and reactive digital engagement strategies across websites, social media, and paid platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, Google)
- Execute digital monitoring, analyse performance data across web and social, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for clients
- Manage the complete digital campaign lifecycle, including strategy development, execution and measurement
- Direct influencer partnerships, including influencer identification, relationship management and content analysis
- Leverage emerging AI tools and technologies to support clients, including Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) audits and audience development
- Contribute to new business proposals and help build digital capabilities across Portland
- Support public affairs and corporate communications teams on a global scale
What We’re Looking For
- Proven digital expertise gained either in-house or within an agency, on campaigns, in politics or at a media organisation.
- A collaborative social media professional with proven experience managing paid and organic campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta and Google.
- Skilled in leading digital strategy and delivering in-depth analysis and insights for clients.
- Experience utilising AI to deliver high-quality results for clients, including agents’ development and GEO audits.
- Proactive, creative and detail-driven, with excellent communication skills.
- Experience leading end-to-end influencer programmes, from research and influencer engagement through to campaign execution and measurement.
