You will be the sole commercial owner of V7's Darwin product line, managing a $6M ARR business with elite customers like GE Healthcare and GSK. This mini-CRO role involves driving renewals and expansions for a book of SaaS and labeling services while reporting directly to the company’s co-founder.

What You Will Do
- Directly manage a $2.5M ARR book of business, focusing on maintaining 100% net ARR retention and identifying high-impact expansion opportunities.
- Oversee a complex hybrid commercial model consisting of $1.2M in labeling services and high-margin SaaS subscriptions, managing both software and supply-side dynamics.
- Partner with technical leaders, including Heads of Machine Learning and Clinical Operations, to ensure V7’s specialized 50+ data formats meet their rigorous production needs.
The ideal candidate
- Proven track record managing a $1M+ enterprise ARR book within high-growth tech sectors like AI, data processing, RPA, or life sciences.
- Technical literacy sufficient to hold deep commercial and product discussions with ML engineers and directors in healthcare or manufacturing environments.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a "mini-CRO" approach, combining warm customer relationship management with the analytical rigor required to scale a profitable product line.
