Job Description

Job Title: Senior Account Manager


About The Job

As a Senior Account Executive, you will help manage the day-to-day business on assigned brand(s) to meet client needs, deadlines, and budgets. You will act as liaison between the client and internal agency departments and proactively manage project deliverables in partnership with Project Management.


A Day In The Life

  • Owns assigned projects from development to deployment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery within agency and client processes.
  • Partners with Project Management on financial deliverables, including estimates, invoices, budgets, and expense tracking.
  • Develops and maintains positive relationships with internal teams and client counterparts, providing clear updates on project status and budget allocations.
  • Takes a collaborative approach to problem-solving, working cross-functionally to achieve goals and demonstrating a willingness to learn various channel management strategies.
  • Participates in weekly client status meetings, maintains accurate client reports, and ensures client needs are communicated effectively to internal teams.
  • Develops in-depth knowledge of assigned categories, stays updated on industry trends, and assists with training and mentoring junior staff as needed.

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with 2+ years of professional experience required, and 2+ years of agency/marketing experience preferred.
  • Passion for healthcare marketing and willingness to stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with digital, media, social, and analytics tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present effectively and articulate complex ideas.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, ability to multitask, and think critically in a fast-paced environment.
  • Curious and open-minded, with a willingness to collaborate across functions, share knowledge, and drive innovative solutions.
