Senior Account Manager / Director | B2B Technology Marketing Agency
Shepperton, Middlesex (Full-Time Office Based)
£55,000 Basic | OTE £75,000 - £90,000 + Excellent Benefits
Are you an experienced Account Director or a Senior Account Manager ready to take the next step?
We're partnering with an award-winning B2B technology marketing agency that works with some of the world's leading technology brands. Due to continued growth, they're looking for a commercially focused Account Director to lead key client relationships, drive account growth, and help shape the future of the agency.
Essential Requirements:
- Previous B2B marketing agency experience
- Experience working with technology/IT clients
- Account Director experience, or Senior Account Manager ready for progression
- Strong commercial account growth experience
- Knowledge of ABM, demand generation, and integrated B2B marketing campaigns
- Able to work full-time from the Shepperton office

The Opportunity:
You'll take ownership of a portfolio of enterprise technology clients, acting as a trusted strategic advisor while overseeing the delivery of integrated marketing programmes including:
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- Demand Generation
- Sales Enablement
- Digital Marketing
- Social Campaigns
- Video Content
- Events & Webinars
You'll also play a key leadership role within the agency, supporting new business activity, mentoring client services teams, and helping drive operational excellence.

What's on Offer?
- £55,000 basic salary
- OTE £75,000 - £90,000
