Senior Account Manager
Manchester | Hybrid
£40,000 - £45,000
The Opportunity
We're working with a growing Creative Agency that specialises in Retail Marketing and brand activation for leading consumer and retail brands.
As the business continues to expand its client base, they're looking for a Senior Account Manager to build strong client relationships, lead creative campaign delivery, and identify opportunities for account growth.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an agency professional who enjoys managing clients, collaborating with creative teams, and delivering standout retail marketing campaigns.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing and growing key client accounts
- Leading creative and retail marketing projects from brief to delivery
- Acting as the main client contact and trusted advisor
- Working closely with Creative, Production and Strategy teams
- Managing budgets, timelines and project profitability
- Identifying opportunities to expand client partnerships
- Providing campaign recommendations and strategic input
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members

What We're Looking For
Essential
- Agency experience within Creative, Marketing, Branding or Retail Marketing
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Experience delivering creative campaigns or marketing projects
- Commercial awareness and budget management experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
