Enterprise Account Director – Financial Services
📍 London (Hybrid - 2 days per week)
💰 £100,000-£150,000 Basic + £180,000-£200,000 OTE (flexibility for exceptional candidates)
Our client is a fast-growing RegTech SaaS business looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Director to drive growth across Tier 1 and Tier 2 Financial Services organisations.
This is a strategic enterprise sales role focused on expanding existing banking relationships (70%) while developing new business opportunities (30%). You'll own a portfolio of key financial institutions, targeting Heads of Compliance, AML, KYC/KYB and Financial Crime teams, helping them transform their business verification and compliance processes.
What you'll be doing
- Grow and develop a portfolio of strategic Tier 1 and Tier 2 banking accounts.
- Build and execute account plans across target organisations and existing enterprise customers.
- Drive enterprise sales cycles (typically 6-12 months) from discovery through to commercial negotiation and close.
- Identify cross-sell and expansion opportunities, with enterprise accounts.
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders across Compliance, Financial Crime, Procurement and Operations.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver successful customer outcomes and long-term account growth.

What we're looking for
This role will suit an experienced enterprise sales professional who has successfully sold compliance, AML, KYC, KYB, RegTech or Financial Crime solutions into major banking institutions.
Essential experience:
- Proven enterprise sales experience selling SaaS, RegTech or compliance technology into Tier 1 or Tier 2 banks.
- Strong track record of growing strategic banking accounts and winning complex enterprise deals.
- Experience selling into senior stakeholders including Heads of Compliance, AML, KYC/KYB, Financial Crime or related functions.
- Comfortable managing 6-12 month enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Banking and Financial Services industry knowledge is essential.

Highly desirable:
- Experience selling KYB, KYC, AML, UBO or financial crime solutions.
- Existing relationships within Tier 1 banking organisations.
- Experience with competitors or similar providers within the compliance and identity verification space.

- £100,000-£115,000 basic salary (flexibility for exceptional candidates).
- £180,000-£200,000 OTE.
- Hybrid working (London, approximately two days per week).
