Senior Account Manager
We are hiring a Senior Account Manager to help shape meaningful, effective communications across customer channels within a leading integrated agency environment. This is an opportunity to play a central role in delivering thoughtful, insight-led work that connects with audiences and drives real impact. You’ll collaborate closely with talented teams and clients to guide projects from brief to delivery. If you enjoy bringing strategy to life through well crafted, customer-focused work, this role offers both variety and influence.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead day-to-day client relationships, building trust through clear communication and dependable delivery
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of CRM and owned channel campaigns, ensuring quality and consistency
- Translate client briefs into actionable plans, aligning creative, strategy and production teams
- Champion customer-first thinking, using insight to inform decisions and improve campaign performance
- Identify opportunities to strengthen and grow accounts through proactive thinking and collaboration
- Support integrated delivery across channels, including elements of social, digital and broader brand activity
- Keep projects on track with strong organisation, budget oversight and attention to detail

- Experience managing CRM, BTL and 1:1 communications programmes
- Strong client management skills, with the ability to build lasting partnerships
- Confidence working across multiple workstreams and balancing priorities effectively
- Strategic mindset, with the ability to connect ideas to commercial and customer outcomes
- Interest or exposure to wider integrated channels such as social, digital or ATL
- Clear and collaborative communication style, both internally and with clients
- Proactive approach with a sense of ownership and curiosity about improving work
