We're supporting a leading technology services provider to recruit a Senior Account Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced relationship-builder to manage and grow a portfolio of strategic clients, delivering long-term value through managed services, cloud solutions and digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow a portfolio accounts, driving retention, revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, procurement teams and decision-makers.
- Lead commercial opportunities including renewals, tenders, framework submissions and account growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with technical, delivery and operational teams to ensure successful customer outcomes.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management and account planning.

Experience Required
- Proven account management or business development experience within IT, technology or managed services, minimum 5 years experience
- Strong understanding of public sector sales cycles, procurement processes and frameworks.
- Track record of growing customer accounts and managing complex commercial opportunities.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience using CRM systems and sales forecasting tools.
