We have an exciting opportunity for an accomplished and forward-thinking Senior Account Manager to join us in our London studio to work with our fantastic portfolio of consumer clients.
We're looking for a confident and organised individual who will be playing a crucial role in strategically leading the day-to-day relationship with clients, helping them position and transform their brands across multiple touchpoints and the consumer journey - from brand identity and packaging through to motion, activation, and experience.
What you will do;
- Strategically lead the day-to-day relationship with clients and continue to build wider strong relationships
- Help clients position their brands across multiple touchpoints and the consumer journey - from brand identity to packaging, through to motion, activation, and experience
- Lead account and project activity, identifying any road-blockers or potential issues ahead and solving these proactively
- Drive forward the creative for any brief, partnering with the creative teams to deliver with excellence
- Deep understanding of the client's business and needs, understanding their product/service, goals, motivations, pressures, and challenges
- Bring strategic insight to client conversations and refocus creative teams and clients with strong negotiation skills
- Strong commercial acumen to scope and deliver viable project plans, budgets and timelines

Requirements
What you'll have done;
- You have previous experience working in a similar agency environment
- You have experience of working with clients across a global footprint
- You have proven confidence to negotiate and communicate with both peers and clients
- You have experience working on FMCG or consumer product brands, with an understanding of packaging and production processes — from artwork management through to print and manufacturing
- You have held the position of a trusted voice and leader to clients, providing appropriate advice and guidance from the beginning to end of a project
- You possess strong financial skills with the ability to deliver on client needs and budget
- You have the ability to think about the "big idea" with strong attention to detail and proven execution

- You are a natural leader, comfortable at guiding conversations and identifying new opportunities that stretch both the scope of the work and brands, ultimately delivering organic growth
- You have great attention to detail and sound commercial acumen
- You are a proactive self-starter with a curious nature and have the ability to demonstrate both creativity and intellect about what's next for the brand and your clients
- You have fantastic communications skills, both verbal and written
- You are highly organised and able to make quick and smart decisions
- You are eager to explore the next new ways in all aspects of a brand, having awareness of the latest brandworld insights and trends as well as understanding how brands engage with customers across an omni-channel basis
- You are a natural problem seeker and solver
- An Animal lover, this role may involve Puppies, Kittens and other furry friends
