Senior Account Manager
Based: London - Hybrid model of 2-3 days a week in the office
Salary: £45-55,000 plus bonus and excellent benefits
Who they are
My client is a leading and rapidly expanding (they just keep winning new business) agency/consultancy that are working with some of the worlds best-known consumer brands across a variety of industry sectors including Retail, Financial Services, Healthcare, Sports/Leisure etc. They deliver a variety of Digital solutions across Web, UX, UI, CMS, Service Design, CRM/Martech, Digital Cloud based systems and Data.
The role
As a Senior Account Manager, you'll take day-to-day ownership of 5-6 key client accounts across a variety of sectors including Healthcare, delivering both retained and project-based services. You'll be the primary point of contact for your clients, balancing commercial delivery with genuine strategic partnership. This is an excellent opportunity to join an experience and growing team and will provide excellent opportunities for career growth.

You'll be responsible for:
- Building, managing and developing client relationships, with a deep understanding of their marketing strategies
- Developing account plans and shaping solutions aligned to client objectives
- Growing the breadth and depth of services delivered across your portfolio
- Overseeing delivery of projects — from data delivery, CRM/Martech, Web, UX/UI, CMS through to complex Digital technology, analytics and strategy engagements
- Leading client meetings and drafting commercial documents and proposals
- Owning account commercials, profitability, forecasting and reporting
- Coordinating with internal teams and SMEs to ensure consistent, high-value delivery
What you'll bring

- Experience working as an Account/Senior Account Manager working for an agency/consultancy delivering either CRM/Martech and/or Web/CMS/UX/UI projects
- A very nice to have is experience with any type of Healthcare client(s)
- Strong understanding of UX, digital transformation and how technology solves business challenges
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships at all levels
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset with strong commercial acumen
- Experience in revenue forecasting and commercial account management is a plus
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a demanding workload
- A structured, logical thinker who proactively identifies risks before they become issues
