We’re currently seeking an experienced professional for the role of Senior Account Manager.
About the Role
You will be responsible for ensuring the global satisfaction of a portfolio of Global Payments Solutions clients. This includes:
- Delivering a superior service experience both locally and globally.
- Acting as the single point of contact for clients managing complex queries that extend beyond basic transactional interactions.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management
- Manage the liquidity and cash management needs of Global Network Banking, Multinational Corporations, and Local Corporates.
- Strengthen relationships with key Treasury and Finance influencers within the client’s local or regional organisation.

Revenue Growth & Retention
- Accountable for maintaining annual revenue from your client portfolio.
- Identify growth opportunities and support clients in expanding their operations.

Service Excellence & Risk Mitigation
- Improve Client Service excellence locally and regionally.
- Actively manage risks and resolve challenges.

Query Resolution & Client Footprint
- Monitor and guide the resolution of global and local customer queries assigned internally or externally.
- Maintain a comprehensive client footprint to deliver tailored experiences.

Cash Management & Client Risk Awareness
- Develop expertise in cash management and mitigate risks related to business and client relationships.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:
- Preferred Acquisition: Fluency in Italian or Spanish.
- Client-Facing Experience: Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a track record of effective time management and commitment to efficient delivery.
- Understanding Customer Needs: Strong ability to identify and satisfy customer expectations, leveraging a diverse range of banking products and services.
- Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal skills and the capacity to engage with both internally and externally across diverse stakeholders.
- Tailored Communication: Skilled in adapting communication styles, both written and spoken, based on audience and purpose.
