We're partnering with an award-winning London-based creative packaging agency that's expanding rapidly across Europe. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Account or Project Manager to become the trusted lead on a major international retail account while helping support the agency's continued European growth.

The Role
As Senior Account / Project Manager you'll manage multiple projects from initial brief through to final delivery, ensuring every detail is accurate, on brand and delivered on time. You'll be responsible for:
- Managing complex packaging, artwork and localisation projects across multiple product categories
- Acting as the primary point of contact for a major European retail client.
- Coordinating projects between clients, creative teams, artwork specialists and production.
- Managing timelines, budgets and project delivery.
- Reviewing artwork and project documentation with exceptional attention to detail.
- Presenting confidently to clients and building long-term relationships.
- Identifying opportunities to add value and improve project delivery.

About You
We're looking for someone who combines excellent client management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
You'll ideally have experience in one or more of the following:
- FMCG packaging
- Packaging artwork management
- Packaging implementation
- Translation or localisation project management
- Creative production
- Print or artwork coordination
You'll also have:
- Fluent German and English (essential).
- Outstanding organisational and project management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to build client relationships.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to work independently.
