Senior Account Manager
The Senior Account Manager is responsible for managing Ourvita's most strategic and commercially significant customer relationships while providing leadership and guidance to the Account Management team. In addition to delivering profitable account growth, the role supports the development of commercial strategy, mentors Account Managers, and drives cross-functional collaboration to strengthen long-term customer partnerships.
The Senior Account Manager acts as a trusted advisor to both customers and internal stakeholders, helping shape commercial decisions through market insight, strategic thinking and strong customer advocacy.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Account Management
- Manage a portfolio of high-value strategic customer accounts.
- Develop and deliver long-term account strategies aligned to customer and business objectives.
- Build executive-level relationships with key customer stakeholders.
- Lead strategic business reviews and identify opportunities for sustainable growth.
- Act as a trusted commercial advisor to customers.

Commercial Leadership
- Deliver revenue, margin and profitability targets across strategic accounts.
- Lead complex commercial negotiations, pricing strategies and contract renewals.
- Identify opportunities for innovation, supply chain optimisation and value-added services.
- Provide commercial insight to support wider business strategy and investment decisions.
- Produce accurate forecasts, commercial reports and account performance updates.
Team Leadership
- Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching and mentoring to Account Managers.
- Support workload planning, prioritisation and professional development within the team.
- Promote best practice across customer management activities.
- Act as the escalation point for complex commercial issues.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and performance development where required.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Lead collaboration across Technical, Production, Planning, Quality, Supply Chain and Finance.
- Champion customer requirements internally while balancing operational capability.
- Support major product launches, innovation projects and business improvement initiatives.
- Represent Ourvita at customer meetings, trade exhibitions and industry events.

Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Business, Science or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years' experience within Strategic Account Management or Key Account Management.
- Significant experience within nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, food or contract manufacturing environments.
- Proven experience managing complex commercial customer relationships.
- Previous experience mentoring or leading commercial colleagues is desirable.
- Good understanding of GMP and regulated manufacturing.
