The Role

At House of Greenland, we solve business problems.

We turn brands into solutions and create genuine reasons for audiences to care. Our client roster includes industry leaders such as Google, YouTube and Air New Zealand.

We're looking for a Senior Account Manager who is part strategist, part creative champion, part project manager and part trusted client partner.

This isn't a role focused solely on managing timelines, chasing actions and relaying information. It's about helping clients solve meaningful business challenges, contributing to work that makes an impact and playing a central role in bringing great ideas to life.

You'll lead day-to-day client relationships, connect teams, help shape strong briefs and ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish. Most importantly, you'll be curious, proactive and invested in creating work that works.

This role is ideal for an ambitious Senior Account Manager looking to take the next step towards Account Director.

What You'll Do

  • Manage day-to-day client relationships, building trust through proactive communication, clear structure and sound judgement.
  • Be the link between our clients and internal teams, translating business challenges into clear briefs, actions and opportunities.
  • Write briefs and contact reports, working closely with the strategy team to ensure projects start with clarity and purpose.
  • Help maintain the quality of the work by challenging thinking and asking the right questions before it leaves the House. Does it answer the brief? Is it distinctive? Will it make an impact?
  • Work closely with production teams on estimates and project scoping, ensuring projects remain on track and within agreed parameters.
  • Contribute to strategic and creative conversations, bringing curiosity, commercial awareness and a strong understanding of audiences and human behaviour.
  • Identify opportunities to add value for clients and share these with senior team members.
  • Facilitate productive conversations between strategy, creative, production and client teams.
  • Bring energy, momentum and solutions-focused thinking to projects, helping teams navigate challenges and keep moving forward.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
