We're looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our growing Wales team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced communications, public affairs or stakeholder engagement professional who is passionate about energy, infrastructure and the future of Wales.

  • Bilingual (Welsh/English)
  • Cardiff City Centre (Hybrid – 2 days in the office)
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • £40,000 – £50,000 per annum

As Senior Account Manager, you will act as Deputy to the Wales Lead, taking ownership of communication and engagement programmes whilst providing strategic advice to clients operating across the energy, infrastructure and development sectors.

You will develop and deliver impactful campaigns that build understanding, support constructive dialogue and communicate the social, environmental and economic benefits of change. You will also support the growth of Copper's Wales business, helping to develop new opportunities, strengthen client relationships and contribute to our growing reputation in the Welsh market.

  • Support delivery of Copper's Welsh growth strategy.
  • Play a leading role in new business pitches, tenders and client development activities.
  • Build and maintain a strong network across Welsh politics, infrastructure and energy sectors.
  • Monitor policy developments and industry trends to identify opportunities for clients and Copper.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
