Senior Account Manager
Location: London
Contract: Permanent (12 month FTC)
Hours: 37.5 per week
Reporting to: Account Director / Group Account Director
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to join a leading global social and creative agency within their Client Services team in London.
This is a permanent role working across major global brands, delivering social-first campaigns that blend strategy, creativity, and exceptional client service.
You'll play a key role in managing accounts, leading campaigns end-to-end, and building strong senior client relationships in a fast-paced, ideas-led environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow client accounts through strong relationship management
- Lead delivery of integrated social and digital campaigns across multiple markets
- Translate client needs into clear briefs and campaign solutions with internal teams
- Build and maintain strong senior client relationships
- Oversee campaign delivery, ensuring work is on time, on budget, and high quality
- Lead on reporting, insights, and performance updates
- Manage budgets, cost estimates, and billing processes
- Support creative development and campaign ideation
- Work closely with planning and production teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Maintain strong awareness of client markets and competitor activity

Skills & Experience
- Account management experience within a digital, social or creative agency
- Proven delivery of social-first or integrated campaigns
- Strong client servicing and relationship management skills
- Confident managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Commercial awareness and budget management experience
- Understanding of social media and its impact on brands
