We are looking for a highly-motivated Senior Account Manager to join the Hypebeast team. The ideal candidate needs to have a track record of developing key client relationships within an agency or publisher environment, delivering successful campaigns from beginning to end. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team, working with some of the best and biggest brands in the world. You will be reporting into the Director of Account Servicing, EMEA.
Responsibilities
Client Management
- Manage a combination of both supplied asset campaigns and produced campaigns.
- Build and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business and positive sentiment post-campaign.
- You have a track record of managing high-level / top tier accounts, confidently leading conversations and delivering projects end to end.
- You take responsibility and accountability for the work and the process on each project – you are the go-to person, both internally and externally.
- You will identify upselling opportunities throughout live projects, understanding how to approach new opportunities with clients.
- You will constantly think about how to nurture and grow long-term client relationships.

Campaign Management & Execution
- Manage internal teams to ensure smooth, successful campaign execution.
- Collaborating with teams across the business (Creative Editorial, social, AdOps, paid social) to plan and launch campaigns across regions and verticals.
- Ensure project timings and deadlines are adhered to, bringing in the right people at the right time.
- Assist in managing insertion orders, campaign scheduling, and inventory conflict resolution.
Ad Operations & Quality Assurance (QA)
- Collect and QA ad tags and creative; monitor and reconcile campaign delivery across systems.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Analyse performance and ensure delivery of client objectives.
- Communicate updates across departments regarding campaign performance.
- Create end of campaign reports for clients (in spreadsheet and deck format).

Requirements
- 6-7 years of account/project management experience in an advertising or publishing setting, with a focus on digital media.
- Strong understanding of social media advertising and content production.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight schedules.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A problem-solver that can think strategically.
- Detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
- Solutions focused, with the ability to manage internal and external expectations.
- Positive and energetic - instilling enthusiasm in the team at all times.
- Able to mentor more junior members of the team.
- Deep understanding of Sales, Creative, and Production processes.
- Confident and able to manage demanding client relationships.
- Able to work independently and effectively is a must.
