Senior Account Manager

Senior Account Manager (CCaaS/UCaaS) – Hybrid (1 day/week in Guildford)

Location & Compensation

**Guildford – Hybrid (1 day on-site) £45,000 - £50,000 base + £6,000 car allowance, £100,000 OTE, private medical insurance


About the Role

An exciting opportunity for a ** Senior Account Manager** specialising in Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) / Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) to join an award-winning, established technology partner.

This company is a managed service provider, specialising in:

  • Unified communications & cloud contact centre solutions
  • Digital infrastructure modernisation for public and private sector organisations
  • Customer experience and operational efficiency improvements

As Senior Account Manager, you’ll drive new business growth by: ✔ Proactively identifying and winning new contracts ✔ Setting and exceeding sales targets ✔ Tailoring solutions to meet client needs ✔ Managing and delivering high-value projects (£500k+ TCVs) ✔ Strong negotiation, communication, and objection-handling skills ✔ Developing sales strategies and market opportunities

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Growth

    • Chase, nurture, and close new business with ** Total Contract Values (TCVs) exceeding £500k**
    • Present tailored proposals and reports to stakeholders
  • Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain client relationships, especially senior executives
    • Drive business retention through outselling and contract extensions
  • Project & Strategy

    • Plan & oversee large-scale digital transformation projects
    • Collaborate across teams to deliver seamless solutions
  • Negotiation & Influence

    • Resolve objections and objections prototype buy-in for technical & budget-sensitive clients

Requirements & Ideal Profile

Essential: ✅ 5+ years’ experience in CCaaS/UCaaS sales ✅ Proven track record selling platforms including: Zoom, 8x8, Five9, Mitel, Microsoft ✅ Client acquisition experience with new business contracts > £500k TCV ✅ Strong ability to negotiate with senior stakeholders (executives, C-suite) ✅ Full UK driving license and access to a personal vehicle (car allowance provided)

Bonus: ✔ Experience in digital transformation or cloud migration projects ✔ Knowledge of cloud infrastructure frameworks (AWS, Azure, etc.) ✔ Customer Salesforce or similar CRM experience
