Job Purpose Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated sales professional to join our successful Sales Team in Cablenet, Camberley. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving sales and fostering growth within our customer base.
To guarantee the seamless delivery of our products and solutions, you will collaborate closely with internal CMS teams and act as a liaison between our customers and our organization. Your dedication to customer satisfaction will be instrumental in delivering timely and successful outcomes.
As a sales professional, you will be driven by measurable results and dedicated to surpassing key performance indicators set in line with our company's business strategy. Additionally, you will continuously invest in your professional development to deepen your knowledge of our technology offerings and effectively communicate their unique features and benefits to our valued customers.
Your primary responsibility will be to proactively introduce and promote our extensive portfolio of Cables products to both new and existing customers. With your expertise and knowledge, you will develop and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers at the management and director level. By understanding their needs and aligning our solutions, you will ensure the achievement of sales targets on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis.
Role Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in an account Management role.
- Proactive telephone/ face to face contact on a daily basis.
- Actively seek new business opportunities by prospecting existing and new customers.
- Exceed performance objective and key performance indicators.
- Maximise sales by identifying upselling and cross selling opportunities.
- Keep CRM up to date with all communications related to your accounts and business opportunities, including customer profiling.
- Ensure accurate and proactive management of quotations to build a pipeline of opportunities.
- Provide customers with accurate proposals, collateral and information as required.
- Continuously develop product and technical knowledge, including completing vendor accreditations.
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Create and communicate a quarterly/ annual sales plan that aligns with company standards and goals.
- Clearly articulate CMS core value proposition and strategy to prospects and customers to differentiate CMS from competitors.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to maintain CMS as a trusted supplier.
- Represent CMS Distribution professionally and act as an ambassador for the company.
- Foster strong relationships with assigned customer contacts.
- Utilise all available CMS sales support resources and departments to enhance the customer experience.
