Senior Account Manager

💼 We’re Hiring: Senior Event Services Account Manager

📍 Excel London

At Excel London, we’re on a mission to become the Best Event Destination in the World. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a commercially focused professional to help unlock new revenue opportunities across our industry-leading Event Services offering.

This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of one of the world’s leading event venues, engaging organisers early in the event lifecycle and ensuring our full range of venue services, technical solutions, and strategic partnerships are embedded into event planning from day one.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive commercial growth across Event Services within the Conferences & Events market
  • Engage organisers early in the planning process to identify service, technical, and partnership opportunities
  • Position Excel London’s full Event Services offering, including technology, power, rigging, and venue partner solutions
  • Work alongside Sales, Business Development, and Event Delivery teams to maximise service revenue and client value
  • Support the development of tailored service packages and propositions for Conferences & Events clients
  • Build strong relationships with organisers, agencies, venue partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to increase service penetration and revenue across assigned events
  • Lead commercial engagement activity and provide line management support to the Event Services Account Manager (Exhibitions)
  • Contribute to forecasting, pipeline management, and growth planning through data-driven insights

What You’ll Bring

  • 3–5+ years’ experience within event services, venue sales, venue services, technical production, or related sectors
  • Strong understanding of conference and event planning processes
  • Proven ability to identify commercial opportunities and support revenue growth
  • Excellent client relationship, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
  • A collaborative approach, with confidence working across multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Commercially minded, proactive, and focused on delivering exceptional customer outcomes
