Senior Account Manager
Ready to take the next step in your career?
We're looking for a commercially driven Senior Account Manager to manage key retail accounts, grow existing business, and identify new opportunities. You'll build strong customer relationships, lead strategic conversations, and work closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding results.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing key accounts across major retailers and suppliers
- Growing revenue and delivering profitability targets
- Identifying and converting new business opportunities
- Developing compelling commercial proposals and quotations
- Building strong customer relationships and leading customer meetings
- Supporting and mentoring Account Managers
- Driving continuous improvement and operational excellence

- Proven Account Management experience, ideally with major retailers
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management ability
- A strategic thinker with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Experience delivering sales growth and managing financial performance
- Confident presenting and influencing at senior level
