⭐Medical Communications Opportunity⭐ An established healthcare communications agency is looking for a Senior Account Manager & Account Director to join its growing, award-winning Healthcare Client Services team. Following an exceptional start to 2026, driven by strong organic growth and multiple new business wins, this is an exciting time to become part of the agency’s continued success.
🏢 The Company & Role: This role offers the chance to work across a diverse portfolio of pharmaceutical clients at local, national, and global levels. This position has a focus on medical affairs - including symposia, advisory boards, congress activity, patient & HCP materials, digital assets, infographics, and large-scale internal and external events. You’ll work across a broad range of therapy areas within a highly supportive environment known for excellent retention rates and strong progression opportunities. They have a lovely Central London office, with hybrid working arrangements.

👩 💼 Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day account management activities
- Lead projects and events from briefing through to onsite delivery and post-event follow-up
- Develop timelines, budgets, and project plans while ensuring seamless execution
- Contribute to strategic discussions and provide high-quality client counsel
- Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for account growth
- Ensure projects are delivered compliantly and to the highest standard
- Contribute to new business opportunities and agency growth initiatives

📋 Requirements
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a healthcare communications, medical events, or medical communications agency environment
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
- Highly organised, proactive, and calm under pressure
- Commercially aware, with experience managing budgets and timelines
- Collaborative team player who works effectively across planning, creative, scientific, and production teams
- Familiarity with ABPI regulations
