About the role
Bray Leino is a full-service brand growth Agency established in North Devon in 1973, we now have people in Bristol, London and beyond, servicing national and global B2B and B2C Clients.
If you're looking for an agency where you'll have genuine influence, work alongside brilliant specialists and help shape the future of some exciting B2B brands, we'd love to hear from you.
We're looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our growing B2B Client Services team.
This isn't your typical account management role. You'll become the trusted partner to a portfolio of leading B2B clients, helping them navigate everything from strategic planning and integrated campaigns to major events, brand development and thought leadership.
Working alongside specialists across strategy, creative, media, PR, social, SEO, PPC, content and production, you'll be the person who brings it all together, keeping projects moving, spotting opportunities and ensuring every piece of work delivers against the client's commercial objectives.
No two days are the same. One week you could be leading quarterly business reviews, overseeing a brand refresh and coordinating integrated campaign activity. The next, you might be delivering a large-scale event, launching new creative assets or identifying opportunities to expand the partnership.
If you thrive on variety, enjoy building strong client relationships and love making great work happen, you'll fit right in.
What you'll be doing
- Acting as the day-to-day lead for a portfolio of B2B clients, building trusted, long-term relationships.
- Owning account plans and ensuring activity stays aligned to each client's business objectives.
- Leading weekly client meetings and coordinating integrated teams across creative, media, social and digital.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring everything is delivered on time, on budget and to an exceptional standard.
- Bringing together specialists from across the agency to deliver seamless, integrated marketing campaigns.
- Leading quarterly and annual business reviews, demonstrating impact and identifying future opportunities.
- Identifying opportunities to grow accounts through new projects, campaigns and strategic initiatives.
- Managing project estimates, budgets and commercial processes.
- Reviewing creative and content before client approval to ensure quality and consistency.
- Supporting the delivery of major events, brand development projects, thought leadership campaigns, digital assets, presentations, video content and other integrated marketing activity.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
