Senior Account Manager

Senior Account Manager

We're hiring a Senior Account Manager to join a growing technology solutions provider, focused on developing new business opportunities across managed services, cloud, infrastructure, security and digital transformation.

This is a consultative sales role where you'll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building long-term customer relationships and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close. Working alongside technical specialists and internal teams, you'll help customers solve complex business challenges while driving sustainable revenue growth.

The Role

  • Identify and win new business opportunities across managed IT services and technology solutions
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline aligned to revenue targets
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders across mid-market and enterprise organisations
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to contract negotiation and close
  • Deliver tailored proposals and presentations that address customer business objectives
  • Work collaboratively with technical consultants and pre-sales teams to develop customer solutions
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, opportunity management and CRM activity
  • Consistently achieve and exceed new business targets

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience selling managed services or IT solutions
  • Track record of generating and closing new business opportunities
  • Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercially driven with excellent negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and maintaining accurate pipeline forecasts
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development
